TA Truck Service

I recently stopped in for an oil change and lube on my truck and couldn’t have been more impressed. The entire process was incredibly fast from the moment I pulled in until I was back on the road. Jy, the service coordinator, was fantastic. She was eager, professional, and clearly knew exactly how to keep everything moving smoothly. She made the check-in process quick and painless and kept me updated the whole time. Dia, the service technician, was equally impressive. He showed real eagerness and solid knowledge of what he was doing. He handled the oil change and lube efficiently and thoroughly, and it was clear he takes pride in his work. Everything was done right the first time, and I was in and out faster than I expected. Highly recommend TA Truck Service—Jy and Dia made the experience excellent. I’ll definitely be back!

All the washing machines and dryers are broken and out of order; none of them work. And no one is doing anything about it. it’s a terrible place and a terrible experience!

It was a nightmare! Everyone standing around in the service area. Looks like nothings being done. Told it's a 4 hour wait FCFS! All the road service trucks are here plus the mechanics. It doesn't take 2 or 3 mechanics to work on one truck or trailer. If possible, you'd have faster service outside of Atlanta Petro. All I have is a trailer ABS light on, which supposed to have been fixed at another TA.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I had to wait about 12 hours just to get a simple tire changed, even though they were not busy at all. The staff were mostly walking around and chatting instead of doing any actual work. On top of that, the person who changed the tire had a very bad attitude and was completely unprofessional. There was no respect and no proper customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. If you can, go somewhere else.

Very disappointing service. I called around 12:45 pm to say my truck tire was flat, and I was told to come in because they were not busy. I arrived at 1:00 pm, but I had to wait until 4:00 pm before they even started working on it. It then took nearly 3 hours to put on two truck tires. The staff member kept removing and putting the tire back on and seemed unsure of what she was doing. It took almost an hour just to figure out how to properly install one tire. Customers’ time should be respected, and staff should be properly trained before handling truck tire work.
